Event Overview

 The 2022 NSW Police & Emergency Services Games Pistol event will commence at 9am at the Nowra Rifle Range on Wednesday 26 October 2022. The complex is well resourced and maintained.

Event Rules

Competitors must hold a current ‘H’ class Pistol Licence.

NO USE OF DEPARTMENTAL PISTOLS – ONLY ‘H’ CLASS PISTOLS.

NO JACKED AMMUNITION.

Event Description

The sports fee will cover the cost of targets, patches, backing boards etc.(ammunition at your own expense can be organised prior to the games).

The event will consist of 2 matches:
1. PPC 48 shot course – 48 rounds using a pistol/revolver of a type issued by your Agency. Ammunition to be factory 158grain 38 Special or hand loaded to same energy as duty style/factory equivalent.
2. Australian Police and Services Pistol Match(Modified shooting positions at 50 meters prone and sitting – 90 rounds using any service style pistol/revolver having a minimum calibre of 9mm/.38.
