Event Overview

For the 2021 competition, we are intending on holding 3 matches for competitors to contest.  Shooters may be able to contest all categories, time permitting.  For the scoped and bench rest matches a standard scoped, .22 rifle is suitable.

• English Match (UIT) of 60 scoring shots plus sighters using approved range rifles in .22 rimfire.  UIT Rules apply;
• Scoped .22 rifle match shot in the prone position (Stand/tripod may be used) of 60 scoring shots plus sighters; and
• 50 metre bench rest (scoped) match of 60 scoring shots plus sighters using scoped .22 rimfire rifles.

ONLY Standard Velocity rounds are permitted on the range.  Shooters are to provide their own ammunition.  None is available at the range.

There are no rifles available at the range for use or hire.

All shooters must hold a current NSW Firearms Licence for the category being used and must produce at the range.  A SSAA attendance book will be available for signing.

GRADING: 

Due to the time frame and the focus on a relaxed competition, there will be no grading. Awards will be based on age categories.

The matches and/or length of matches are subject to change. All avenues will be undertaken to advise registered competitors of any changes to matches prior to the competitition.
